  • About
Senbei are savoury crackers that are very common in Japan, eaten after meals with tea or as a snack.
This senbei store is one of the best in the Nezu district, a part of Tokyo known for its traditional shops. The senbei makers grill the dried rice crackers and brush them with soy sauce from time to time. The crunch of the well-browned senbei and the flavour of the caramelised sauce are simply delicious.
