Porridge is one of my go-to breakfasts โ€“ quick, easy and 100 per cent satisfying. To switch things up a bit and maximise plant intake, I have increased the ratio of fruit to oats and also given you grain options so that you can experiment to discover which you like best. These can be made and left overnight to serve cold in the morning if you prefer.
