For assistance in the kitchen, at the market, and at the computer during the early part of this book’s development, thanks to Sandra Strachan, an eager and able graduating student from the Natural Gourmet Cookery School. Rosemary Serviss, the placement director, kindly recruited other interested students to try out recipes. Pupils from Peter Kump’s Cooking School volunteered to do the same.
