June

June officially marks the start of summer, partly because school finishes for the year, and partly because June 21 is the longest day of the summer. Since leaving home for university, it is during the summer holiday that I return home. During the day, my family and I each do our own thing. For me, that means endless streams of sugar, as I take my holiday to prepare much of the content for my blog. But in the evening, my family gathers in the garden for a drink before dinner, taking advantage of the evening light.
