  • About
If you don’t have a cutting garden, buy large bunches of parsley, basil, or cilantro and put them in glasses of water to keep on the kitchen counter for snipping as needed. The herbs will stay fresh for several days. Put other herbs such as thyme, marjoram, or rosemary in a plastic bag, seal the bag with some air enclosed, and store in the refrigerator.
