Now that I need to be more careful about my diet, when I am invited to a get-together, I offer to bring a dish. That way, I ensure that there is always something gluten free for me to eat. Great dishes to take to parties include Vegetable and Olive Platter with White Bean Hummus; Indian-Style Chickpea Salad; Quinoa Tabbouleh; White Bean, Tuna, Fennel, and Olive Salad; and more.
