This book includes recipes for some spice blends – like Italian Sausage Seasoning and Pizza Seasoning (both on p.49) – that often include sugar when they’re commercially produced. For other international flavors that I don’t need to make myself, I rely on topnotch spice shops. My favorites are Penzeys Spices and the Savory Spice Shop; find their contact info in Resources.
