  • About

Many times I have drooped my head in despair for those who declare they don’t like beetroot. Have you really tried it, I mean really? If you have only known beetroots as ping-pong-sized vinegar balls packed into wrinkly plastic and resembling surgical waste, then that is not what I mean. Or maybe it’s the redness you do not like, as certainly I have come across a surprising number of people who have aversions to vegetables of a certain colour. But hope is at hand as beetroots also come in yellow and white.
