Anne-Sophie Pic

Anne-Sophie Pic is one of only four female chefs in the word to have gained three Michelin stars. She represents the third generation of chefs at her family’s restaurant in Valence, Maison Pic, following on from her grandfather André and father Jacques. Her second restaurant, Restaurant Anne-Sophie Pic, in Lausanne, Switzerland, earned two Michelin stars in 2009, and in 2012 she opened La Dame de Pic in Paris. Her first cookbook, Le Livre Blanc, was published in 2013.
