Sift together the flour and salt. Mix to a smooth consistency with the oil and water until the mixture is thick enough to beat. Beat well; then add water until the mixture is of a consistency to coat the back of a wooden spoon. Leave to stand for at least 30 min. Just before using, stir in the bakin
