  • 1 tablesp. gelatine
  • 2 cups cold water
  • ½ cup

Method

Soak gelatine in 1 cup of the cold water for 2 hr. Add sugar. Blend flour with the remaining cup of cold water; add juice from oranges and lemon. Put all into a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from heat, and when nearly cold add passion fruit pulp. Beat thoroughly till thick and white. Ser
