  • About

The petals of heavily scented roses have a unique flavour for which I developed a passion during my childhood in the Middle East. Later on I was reacquainted with it in the delectable rose petal jams of Turkey, and in many Indian sweets. After a large meal, this romantic sorbet is the perfect light and reviving finale. Serve it with a bowl of Greek yogurt.
