I use this puree in so many recipes, Baltic and otherwise. As well as adding a bright flavour and plenty of moisture to Pillowy pumpkin buns or Spiced pumpkin cheesecake, it also makes a brilliant addition to porridge and dumplings. All in all, it’s a great thing to have in your cupboard, and I’m sure you’ll soon find your own favourite uses for it.
