  • About

Italian immigrants have had an enormous influence on American cuisine. Pasta and pizzas have become part of the American way of life, and breads and biscuits have also been adopted. Italian flatbread is one of the best. It can be made with a variety of different herbs but this sage version is particularly good. The bread keeps for 2 or 3 days if wrapped, and freezes well.
