Gale uses her own brand of root beer, called—no surprise—Gale’s.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups very cold root beer
  • 8 tiny scoops vanilla ice cream

Method

Rest half a drinking straw in each of 8 small serving glasses. Pour in root beer almost to the top. Use the scoop or melon bailer to place a round, tiny scoop of ice cream in each cup. Serve immediately.
