These are wonderful cookies—very rich, easy, and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • ½ cup corn oil
  • 1 large egg

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, corn oil, egg, vanilla, and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and blended.
