Rich and creamy with sharp pings of lemon zest and ginger, this easy mousse makes a perfect indulgent end to a rich pork meal.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 unwaxed lemons
  • 1 cup (7 oz/200 g) <

Method

Zest the lemons and finely slice the pulp.

In a large bowl, use a whisk to mix the sugar, lemon juice, zest, and yogurt. In a separate bowl, whip the cream to firm peaks. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture, transfer to serving dishes, and chill in the refrigerator.

Before serving, lightly sprinkle with sesame seeds, ginger, cinnamon, and chopped lemon pulp,
