Sounds rather simple, but when made with the best mangoes, this ice cream is absolutely divine. My fondest memories of eating this homemade mango ice cream include waiting for my uncle to finish cranking the ice cream churner, a large wooden tub, with a huge metal cylinder. All of us cousins would help with breaking the large cube of ice, constantly topping the tub with rock salt and ice pieces, producing an incredible dessert. It brings back a flood of very happy memories!
