Honey white is the loaf that started Griff on his journey of bread making. You can start your bread making with this recipe too; it’s easy and quick, with just a few simple ingredients. This recipe will satisfy your hunger for fresh bread in just a few hours. Because bakers love to share, it makes two loaves.

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast. Add the melted butter, eggs, milk, honey, and water, turn the mixer on low speed, and mix for 3 to 5 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl occasionally, until the dough comes together in a shaggy mass.
