We are addicted to what is affectionately known as the caviar of the South. Our kicked-up version of pimento cheese gets a little twist from smoked paprika and bourbon. You can put it on crackers and eat a batch of it all by yourself, though you might feel a little better if you eat it with some crunchy vegetables too. Put it in a sandwich along with some bacon, and you’ve got one of the bakery’s most popular sandwiches.
