Sweet Potato Comeback Sauce

While traveling through Mississippi on our first book tour, we tasted something called “comeback sauce,” a mayonnaise-based condiment that’s a little sweet and a little spicy. Griff knew he had to make his own version when we got home, and he came up with this recipe.
