Dark Chocolate Glaze

This rich, dark glaze is very versatile. We use it to top our Triple Chocolate Cupcakes, as a sauce in our Caramel Brownie Sundaes and, once cool, whipped up as the icing on our Raspberry Brownie Layer Cake.
