The Idea Behind this Cake was to Re-Create the Flavor of One of our Favorite Candies, Whoppers (or Maltesers, for Europeans). We used varying amounts of malt powder and brewer’s malt, and several different types of chocolate, before finalizing this recipe. We loved each and every combination (and ate each and every combination), but this one was the most soul satisfying.
