Our mocha fudgesicles are essentially chocolate pudding pops. The ingredients and directions are very similar to those for making a simple, delicious homemade pudding, but we decided to pour the pudding mixture into ice pop molds for a quick and easy frozen treat perfect for picnics, pool parties, and late-night movies. Flavors lose their intensity when frozen, so you may want to increase the amount of instant espresso powder in this recipe if you want a more pronounced coffee flavor.
