Renato knows a thing or two about the espresso martini. It can be a fabulous after-dinner drink or a watery, sugary mess. This recipe is the perfect distillation of what Renato feels an espresso martini should be. On occasion, for casual dinner parties, we will serve Espresso Martinis with a plate of very dark chocolate cut into small bites in lieu of a traditional plated dessert. It’s light, festive, and the perfect way to end an evening (or start one).
