A brown cow has many definitions. Some people insist it is akin to a root beer float, while others say it’s a cream-filled cocktail. We decided to take some liberties and created our own version, the Baked Brown Cow. This is like an ice cream sundae for adults. Rich-tasting, yet simple to make, and with that final dusting of nutmeg, it can be the playful ending to a wonderful dinner.
