These are a slightly longer and thinner version of the salt sticks above.


  • 145 g white sesame seeds
  • 2 baking sheets or swiss roil tins lined with baking paper or foil


  1. Prepare salt sticks up to the end of step 2. Elongate them as in step 3, but make them about 20cm long.
  2. Have ready a bowl of water and the sesame seeds arranged in a wide 20cm area on a piece of baking paper.
  3. One by one, use one hand to dip a formed breadstick into the water, then lift it out, letting it drain and arrange it on the sesame seeds. Use t
