Name: Piping Biscuits
Ingredients: Piped biscuits are formed using a pastry bag with a metal tip. Fold back the cuff of the bag and spoon a third of the dough into the bag (A). It can be useful to place the bag in a jar or glass to hold it steady. Twist the bag above the dough to force the dough down toward the tip. You want the dough to be a single smooth mass so that it will pipe neatly.; If using a nylon or cloth bag, wash it immediately in hot soapy water when you are finished. Pastry bags can also be cleaned in the top rack of a dishwasher or in a washing machine with other kitchen laundry.
