Method

  1. Place an individual financier off-center on a round plate. Place a mound of Streusel with a quenelle of sour cream ice cream on top across from the financier.
  2. Place a caramel décor on top of the quenelle.
  3. Garnish the plate with a smear of caramel sauce and small dots of white sauce.
