  • About

Tynan came up with this libation during the weeks leading up to Halloween. He wanted a festive drink, and Negro-nis were (and still are) very popular. Campari and Cynar bring a lot of bitterness, but it’s rounded out by the soft notes of caramel, sarsaparilla, saffron, and spice in the Borsci.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Cynar
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce

Method

In a tall mixing glass, combine the Cynar, Campari, and Borsci. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
