This is a great drink that Tynan put on the menu a few years ago. It’s always nice to offer something with a savory element to offset the more fruity drinks we offer.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces dry gin
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ ounc

Method

In a shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, bitters, and Finocchietto. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass rimmed with fennel salt.
