Here is a wonderful Heather Miller creation. Heather knows about my chocolate sweet tooth, and she also understands my lust for espresso. Coupled with hazelnuts and a bit of orange zest, this cake makes a terrific end to any meal. Proper genoise is a good lesson in cookery. All home cooks should aspire to have this Italian sponge cake under their belts. It is not an easy get however; if at first you fail, please do not give up. Pat
