Ingredients

  • 1 small daikon (white radish)
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) seaweed dressing
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

Method

Peel and slice the daikon as thinly as possible into long sheets (a mandolin is ideal for this). Dress with the seaweed dressing and lime juice.
