The name pretty much says it all. I love margaritas and I made this recipe in homage to my favorite cocktail. Made with the juice of Key limes, which are smaller and much more potent than the Persian limes that we are used to here in the States, and infused with a touch of Cointreau and a dash of salt, this pie is the epitome of summer. If Key limes are unavailable in your area, regular limes will work just as well.
