Another Good Food Studio staple recipe. These ribs dance between your oven and the fire. They take a little time but are so delicious.

Ingredients

Pork Ribs

  • 1.5 kg pork spare ribs
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lay the ribs in a large roasting tin, cover with enough hot water. Add the cinnamon stick and star anise. Bake for 40 minutes
