We love raspberries. Their sharp, fruity flavours enjoy nothing more than being sweetened up with the gift of alcohol – for which they’ll reward you with a gloriously tasty, vibrantly red liqueur. Curiously, they’re also rather fond of thyme, a herb which will give a subtle depth of flavour to the intense glow of raspberry and the earthy warmth of whisky.
