Norfolk Treacle Tart

I have come across so many treacle tart recipes in my time, and all of them differing slightly from one another - some with cream, some with lemon and oats, or breadcrumbs to hold it all together. My preference is the deeper, lighter tart version, with that subtle hint of lemon.
