Ingredients

  • 500 g floury potatoes, peeled, cooked, mashed and kept warm
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 80-120 ml

Method

Season the mashed potato and mix in just enough milk that the mash just drops off a spoon, then mix in the flour. Roll the mixture into 6-8 rounds about 3mm thick.
