Rabbit and Crayfish Stargazy Pie

Like everyone else, I’m keen to do my bit for the environment and sustainability was the thinking behind this pie. Rabbits and crayfish are doing their fair share to ruin crops and destroy other water life, so it makes sense to eat more of them to keep them under control. You might remember seeing me preparing this dish on Great British Menu - it certainly proved to be popular!
