  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 head celer

Method

Cooking and Serving

Heat the oil in a pot. Add the onion, celery and potato, cover and sweat gently for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tomato purée and sugar. Stir in and then add water.
