Okay, so this is pure decadence . . . and you know you can feel your thighs getting bigger just thinking about it. So, let’s talk while you walk 5 miles, jog 7 miles, or cycle for 10 minutes. Eating brownies smeared with a touch of Chocolate Butter is like enjoying a fresh buttermilk biscuit with your favorite honey-butter or cinnamon-butter spread. It’s not something you should have every day, but certainly worth indulging in once in awhile. I’ve listed below my favorite brownie selections
