Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/180°C/350°F/gas 4. Heat the black beans in a small pan over a low heat.

Heat a small pan over a medium heat and add the olive oil and onion. Cook for 1 minute, then add the garlic and thyme. Cook for a further 2–3 minutes until the onion is lightly
