Egg Sandwich

• 8 eggs at room temperature
• ½ small onion, finely grated
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Bring a large pan of water to the boil, put in your eggs and boil for 6 minutes. Immediately plunge them into cold water and peel under water, then take them out and put in a bowl. Take the yolks out of two of the eggs and give the whites to your dog, then mash the two yolks and six whole eggs together with a fork.
