Ok, everyone knows how to make an egg sandwich, but this is a nice way to add some extra va va voom! If you keep your eggs in the fridge, you’ll need to boil them for a minute and a half longer.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs at room temperature
  • ½ small onion, finely grated
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Method

Bring a large pan of water to the boil, put in your eggs and boil for 6 minutes. Immediately plunge them into cold water and peel under water, then take them out and put in a bowl. Take the yolks out of two of the eggs and give the whites to your dog, then mash the two yolks and six whole eggs together with a fork. Add the grated onion and mix well, then stir in the mayo, sugar, white wine vine
