Ingredients

  • 250 g (8 oz) plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to moderate 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Line a rectangular cake tin (see Chef’s techniques), approximately 28 x 23 cm
