I love a good spicy green salsa! While Red Salsa is deep and rich in flavor, green salsa offers a fresh, tart taste that lights up dishes from Avocado Toast to Enchilada Casserole. Broiling the tomatillos gives the salsa deep smoky notes. If you can’t decide which salsa to use, choose both, as I do for Huevos Divorciados. Tomatillos look like little green tomatoes that are wrapped in a p
