Like the Almond Ricotta, this plant-based cheese is fermented using probiotic powder to give it some serious zing! Taste after two days, and then taste periodically until it is tangy to your liking. Purchase probiotic powder from the refrigerator case of the supplement section of your natural foods store; if unavailable, empty out probiotic capsules. Make sure the probiotics are dairy-free to keep the cream cheese dairy-free.
