Every bit as crave-worthy as the original. To make this sandwich even lower in carbs, use a Cali’flour Crust, skip the cooking spray, and decrease the cooking time to about 1 minute on each side.
Preheat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Spread the mayonnaise over the pizza crust. Using a pizza wheel or kitchen scissors, cut the crust in half, then cut each half in half again to make 4 triangles. Top two of the triangles with 2 tomato slices and 2 bacon strips each. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the remaining triangles on top to complete the sandwiches.
