Cream cheese and lox on a bagel was particularly hard to give up for me, but like an old friend, cauliflower came to the rescue once again in the form of this pizza. You could also build your cream cheese and lox on a bagel using the recipe.

Ingredients

¼ cup (55 g) cream cheese, softened
1 Cali’flour Pizza Crust, baked for a

Method

Spread the cream cheese over the crust. Top with the lox, scatter the dill and capers on top, and finish with the lemon juice. Slice and serve.
