  1. ¼ medium pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced
  2. 1 small papaya, peeled, seeded, and diced
  3. 1 mango, peeled and diced

Method

In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, papaya, mango, and strawberries; add the sugar and toss gently to combine. Using a micro-plane or a box grater, zest the limes. Squeeze the limes and add the juice and zest to the fruit; mix just to combine.
