  • About

I don’t know why I didn’t think to make these years ago, given my love for all sweets with an insanely citrus flavor profile. These are essentially sticky buns, but with orange instead of caramel. The lemon glaze on top is not strictly necessary; it simply nudges the rolls further into the sweet category.

Ingredients

Method

Let the dough rise twice, as described in the recipe. Use 1 tablespoon of the butter to generously grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and pat and stretch it gently into a 12 by 18-inch rectangle with a long side closest to you. Spread the remaining 3 tablespoons butter over the surface of the dough
